B2S Fashion: What You'll Need This Fall

So it's time to go back to school again, huh? Not the happiest time of your life, but back to school shopping is! There are a few things you must have to get through the year. And I'm going to tell you what they are!!

The Perfect Pair of Jeans

If you have at least one pair of jeans that make you feel like a celebrity your life will be a lot less stressful. When you're trying on jeans, make sure they pass your ankles, in case you grow this year. If you really struggled getting them on, go up a size because you're probably not going to stay the same size.

These types of jeans will make you appear the way you want:
- For a bigger booty, try jeans with embellished pockets.
- For longer legs, try light washed jeans worn with heels.
- For skinnier thighs, bootcuts and dark washes are best.
- For a smaller tummy and waist, try high rise or super-high waist jeans.
- To look smaller all over, try skinny jeans with heels for a longer and leaner look.

Neutral Colored Blazer and/or Cardigan

These can be paired with almost any outfit to make you look more sophisticated or to pull the outfit together. Find one that you really like and know you'll get good use out of it.

Tanks & Camis in Every Color

I have camis in every color and pattern imaginable. I wear them under polos, low-cut shirts, cardigans, cropped jackets, etc. If you find one that passes dress code at school, you can even wear it alone. They work especially well when you want to add a pop of color to a boring outfit.

Big Plastic Colored Jewelry

Everyone has a little silver chain necklace, but you need to stand out and accessorize your outfits perfectly. Go to Wet Seal or Charlotte Russe and pick out big earrings, beaded necklaces, and bangles in every color. They also add a pop of color to a plain black and white outfit. I don't leave home without one piece of colored jewelry on. And I get noticed for it.

Heels

Maybe no one in your school wears heels with everyday outfits. You can be the first! Every girl needs one pair of red pumps and one pair in black. Go from there. I'm building my collection and I have almost every color. I already have long legs and these make them go on forever. I love my heels. They make you feel so pretty when you're wearing them.

Big Leather Purses

If you haven't already noticed, colored accessories are in! Get big leather purses in all colors and match them to any outfit. You don't have to spend a fortune either. Try your local Wal-Mart or other discount retailer or any old vintage store.

And Finally ...

Suspenders are a really cute trend right now. I'll bet you'll be the first one at your school with them. Buy a basic black pair that you can hook to any pair of jeans. Wear them up on your shoulders the way you're supposed to, or just let them hang from the loops.

Print out my guide and take it with you when you go school shopping. I promise you'll get major props on your new outfits!!
