Under the Moonlight
By Stephanie, age 16, Texas
Under the moonlight,She finds strength
In everything she ever did wrong.
He'll grow and blossom
The light, hiding his mistakes,
Making him strong.
The child looks up
And sees his unspoken dreams,
Yearning to burst from its evanescent seams.
It's your turn now,
You stare up at the black void
And for a few beautiful minutes of the day,
Your path is still and your fears okay.
