"Are you going, daddy? Are you going with them?"
"Yes kiddo, yes I am."
"Will you come back, daddy? Will you come back to see me?"
"Yes, kiddo, yes I will."
"When will you come back, daddy? When will you come back to see me?"
"As soon as I can, kiddo."
"What will we do when you are gone, daddy? What will we do?"
"You will be happy, kiddo, and take care of your mother."
"Daddy, where are you going?"
"I'm going to fight for you, kiddo."
"Fight well, Daddy. And keep fighting."
My daddy came back with a smile on his face.
He had fought well and he never gave up.
