The Natural Way

There's nothing better than natural ingredients to help you maintain your body - healthy, beautiful, and with equilibrium. The following ingredients can be found in your own kitchen, and will help you save money on over-the-counter products that sometimes don't even work!

BEAUTY

Part 1: Repair Your Hair

Almond Oil - Heat two soup tureen spoonfuls and massage the oil into your hair. You will obtain a conditioner that will leave you hair smooth and silky.

Eggs - To give your thin hair volume, batter one egg and massage it into your hair, quickly rinsing it after a few minutes. The protein that the egg contains will allow your hair to look healthy and much stronger.

Apple Juice - To eliminate dandruff, massage a little apple juice into your scalp for a couple of minutes. The natural acids in the juice will take care of your small problem!

Avocado - Dry and damaged hair can heal and become healthy when using avocado as a remedy. Simply peel a ripe avocado, remove the seed, and smash the rest of the avocado until it becomes creamy. Apply it to your hair as if it were a gel and leave it on for about 45 minutes. When your time is up, just rinse and wash away!

Olive Oil - Apply a little olive oil to the ends of your hair to protect them from the sun, the salt in the ocean, and also the bleach in a pool.

Part 2: Relax Your Eyes

Chamomile Tea - To get rid of the inflammation around your eyes, boil two packets of the tea, let them cool down, then place them over your eyes. To make you feel completely relaxed lay down on a comfortable bed or sofa.

Cold Water - To reduce the rings around your eyes, compress cold water onto your eyelids a few times until you feel satisfied.

Part 3: Flawless White Teeth

Strawberry Puree - Brush your teeth with a homemade strawberry puree that helps bring out those pearly whites or even gives you the pearly whites you've always desired! Just blend or mash ripe strawberries into a puree.

Part 4: Radiant Skin

Natural Sponge - Exfoliate your skin and eliminate dead skin cells by performing circular movements with the sponge all around your body. The sponge helps get rid of the dead skin easily!

Lemon Juice - Wet a cotton ball with some lemon juice and rub the rough and dried parts of your skin. With time, you'll be able to smoothen your skin evenly.

Sour Cream - Apply the cream in the dry areas of your skin and leave it on for 10 minutes. This is a good way to revive your skin helping it to look fresh and smooth.

Bicarbonate - Instead of pouring bubble bath into your tub, add bicarbonate to alleviate itchiness provoked by dry skin.

HEALTH

Part 5: Malaises, Eruptions, and Bruises

Molar tooth - To help lessen the pain of a toothache, use 3 drops of clove oil, and rub it on the area or around the area of the tooth.

Headaches - Add a couple of mint oil drops in a container with hot water and inhale this infusion. Keep your head covered with a cloth.

Lip Eruptions - When you begin to feel the irritation put an ice cube on the infected area.

Bruises - Menthol pomade can accelerate the healing process and help lighten the color of the bruise!

Part 6: End Stress

Hugs - Put your arms around your body and hug yourself! Repeat this technique until you reach relaxation.

Meditation - Bring calmness into your body and mind by placing yourself in an area where you won't be distracted or bothered. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in a profound way. You can also reach relaxation by concentrating on an object like a lit candle. Begin to meditate in sessions of 2 to 3 minutes. As you practice this technique every day, you'll eventually augment your sessions from 3 minutes to 20 minutes a day!

Chamomile Tea - Chamomile tea can be very relaxing, especially if you're in a quiet area and accompanied by a good book. You can also try lemon tea!

Part 7: Recharge Your Energy

New Activity - Do something out of your ordinary daily routine like taking a walk or joining a dance class. You can even plant flowers in your garden or learn a new language. :D

Aerobics - Moving in a vigorous manner in an open space helps you release the hormones that produce tension, anger, and stress.

Hopefully these tips will help you take care of yourself in a healthy and natural way! Enjoy, Ladies :D

With Love,
Mayra B.
