Why I Write for SDM: I write for Sweets Designs because I want to share my experiences with other people, with hopes of being able to send a message to all the readers. I also want to get hands-on experience with the whole writing scene because I want to become a magazine editor someday. My only hope and wish is that whoever reads my articles can learn important concepts about life and can apply them to the best of their ability.
Activities, Sports, Interests: I played tennis for 2 years during my sophomore and junior year, and I continue to love the sport. I can say I'm the athletic type of girl because I like to be involved with activities that will keep me at a fast pace. My interests include writing, poetry, art, astronomy, and philosophy. I also love to go shopping, and I consider myself to be a bit girly as well.
Favorite Authors: I don't have a favorite author, but I do enjoy reading Shakespeare and other authors like J.K Rowling. I love books about romance and deception, and also books that deal with true life, stories like the Chicken Soup collection.
Favorite School Subject: My favorite subject is English because I get an opportunity to write and express my opinions, thoughts, and ideas.
Favorite Movies & TV Shows: When it comes to TV, I can watch anything from America's Next Top Model to America's Most Wanted. My favorite movies are The Notebook, 13 Going On 30, Hotel Rwanda, and Crazy/Beautiful.
I listen to: I listen to many different types of music, but my favorite is R&B. I love slow jams and very romantic music. I'm also into Lil Wayne and Cassie.
Most Important Values: My most important value is to always stay true to myself, no matter what the circumstances. I am always myself and no one else.
I enjoy: I enjoy listening to music, and spending time with my family, friends, and my doggie Kimo.
