I couldn't live without it!

The Lost Road of Happiness
Gweniveir writes:

I read your article, and everything is perfectly stated, but it doesn't really tell how to get help. I myself take medication for depression and migraines. I think there should be more information on how to get help and how to treat it. In my personal situation, stress led me to depression. I believe you guys should have stress-decreasing ideas and how to avoid depression.

Wow. What a story. I would really love to go to Boracay. Great story, Mona! I'm from Oregon and I've been to the Philippines only once. I would love to go back there. :) Looking forward to more real life stories from you, Mona! Keep it up!

This is really cool<3 Being a strong believer of collecting trash and keeping our Earth as clean as possible, I've taken a big interest in this. And I'd like to thank you for making this article :D

I really liked the "red nose" idea.. I'll def. try it. My nose always seems to be a bit red ... all the time! I don't have any blemishes on it, it's just red, not like Rudolph red, but kind of noticeable! It's kinda weird. haha. But thanks for the tip.

A Summer Job Guide
Vanessa, age 20 writes:

Mayra, this was an amazing article. I believe what I just read was very interesting to read and learn more about the jobs I can start off doing or how I can start off working, especially babysitting. I am already babysitting family members, so that's what got me interested in babysitting. I love office work too. I love typing and answering the office phones. Mayra, write more because you're an inspiration, especially because you are a teen girl and I'm a girl who knows I am going somewhere. Thanks Mayra, much love.

In note to the ** footnote, a better suggestion than saying to just cut all fat is to cut out saturated fat and load up on the 'good fats' found in nuts, avocados, etc.
