Why I Write for SDM: I write for Sweet Designs Magazine because it gives me a sense of freedom from the real world. I never had the passion for writing in a journal every day, unless I was going through a rough time. This gives me the chance to write and express myself, along with helping to create amazing articles for girls my age. Being able to work with the girls on SDM is sooo much fun! Everyone is just so gifted. I love writing, and I'm glad I get to write with a bunch of great girls! I am soo happy that I have Steph for an editor. She is the best edtior you could ask for.

Activities, Sports, Interests: I live in Arizona, probably the hottest place in the U.S., but I love it. I am a junior in high school, and I'm excited for school to start back up in a few months. I am known as kind of a nerd, but that's ok, 'cause I am me, and am pretty okay with that.

Favorite Authors: J.K. Rowling and Stephenie Meyer.

Favorite School Subjects: Science, English, Math, and, of course, Gym.

Favorite Movies: Twilight, Harry Potter (all), High School Musical(s), The Notebook, Titanic, A Walk to Remember, and a whole bunch more!

I listen to: A lot of country, like Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts. But I also love Disney artists like the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, and the High School Musical cast.

Most Important Values: My most important values are being myself and no one else, being true to myself, respecting my elders, and being responsible. All these are the most important things to be.

I enjoy: Playing soccer, and also karate, swimming, singing, acting, dancing around, and just being a teen. I love growing up, but I am also thankful that I get to be young and foolish at times.

What I'm All About: is just growing up one day at a time, learning from every mistake I make and trying my best to do better. Everyone messes up every now and then, but being able to step back and make efforts to be better is something I try to do.

Future Plans: To possibly become a police officer, or to get my personal trainer's certificate and open up a special gym with my mom that focuses on infertility.
