Why I Write for SDM: I write for Sweet Designs because I like to write. Writing is like a getaway, where I can let my mind go wherever it wants to go. I also enjoy being able to share my writing and opinions with people my age.
Activities, Sports, Interests: I do drama after school, and we usually meet every night. Outside of school, I take piano lessons, and I've been playing guitar for 4 years now. I don't do a lot of things competitively, but I'll play anything for fun!
Favorite Authors: I've read A LOT of books! My favorite author though, is probably Stephenie Meyer. I also really like Sarah Dessen novels.
Favorite School Subject: My favorite class as of now is choir. It's a fun class, and a great way to make friends with the same passion I have. I also think that American History is really interesting.
Favorite Movies & TV Shows: Of course, I love anything with Johnny Depp in it. But my current favorite has to be August Rush. Surprisingly, I don't watch a lot of TV, but my favorite show is really nerdy. Every Sunday my mom and I used to watch Desperate Housewives together, and now I'm obsessed.
I listen to: Everything! My favorite is country, but I also like rock music.
Most Important Values: My most important dream is to keep on following my dream, no matter the circumstances. Also, to take time to not only learn from the mistakes I make, but also what's happening around me.
I enjoy: Writing, making things, spending time with my friends and family, and being me!
Future Plans: I plan to go to Nashville and pursue a career in music. I'm not positive yet, but I either want to go to college to study American History or English.
